Finding a good deal for a chocolate fountain is not the easiest thing to accomplish when you’re looking to buy a commercial machine at the best price.  Through experiences of my own it’s easy to look for the best deal without looking at the big picture that’s usually staring you in the face.  The best way to approach buying a fountain is not necessarily look at the price but what you are getting with the price.  Firstly make sure you are buying from a reputable dealer, some businesses claim to be dealers for the top manufacturers but a lot of the time they are not and will likely be selling new machines with 2nd rate or reconditioned parts included.  This practice is rife in most catering equipment businesses so my only advice to avoid this type of issue is simple, go straight to the manufacturer and buy a fountain from them.
 
Buying direct from companies like Sephra or Giles and Postner may be slightly more expense but you will receive a valid warranty and support should you machine go wrong at any time.  You must remember that if you are running a chocolate fountain hire business the last thing you want is to be cancelling a job because your machine is broken or even worse the fountain breaks down at the job.  Occurrences like this will do nothing but damage your business and give you a bad reputation.
